8 digital I/O output with easiest custom command

Hello,
I need to control 8 digital outputs, both manually and/or through custom software on HOST PC via ethernet without adding any HW or SW to the remote unit, is the 550web the easiest option to control? or is it the 220web or other (not necessary web based)? such as?
Also, do I must use a card with MAC or anyother?

So, using wiz550web. and possible in 8 digital output.
you need parts,

  1. wiz550web
  2. LAN cable
  3. base board
  4. RS232C serial port

there is MAC address inside wiz550web.
