I did not find them on your website.
Is it specified somewhere the voltage limits?
Does it work at 3.0V?

The W7100-S2E is a product that uploads the S2E firmware in the W7100A chip.
Therefore, Datasheet is the same as W7100A. Please refer to the link below.

The operating voltage is 3.3V and 3V is the minimum.
Please refer to chapter 10 of the Datasheet for Electrical Specification.
