Problem in downloading wiznet configuration tool

When I installing wiznet configuration tool, it gives error " Run time error 10048 address in use" though I tried many times to repair/modify/remove and again reinstalling it but it gives same error.

10048 Socket Error means already address in use.

I think the configuration tool maybe abnormal terminated and the address is still remained.
You’d better reset your PC.
