From a certain point in time, the “AT+CWJAP…” commands stopped working.
- What could be the reason for this?
- How can this situation be corrected?
The following commands also do not work (return ERROR):
AT+CWLAP
AT+CWAUTOCONN=…

Hi @AndreyS
When WizFi360 is working normally, no error is returned unless the parameter value is incorrectly entered when entering the AT command.
When entering the AT command, make sure that a space is included at the end of the AT command.
When copying and pasting an AT command, sometimes a space is included at the end of the AT command, causing the error.
If the problem is still not resolved, please re-write the F/W and try again.
@austin thank you for the answer
Please tell me if the AT commands are entered correctly here?
I rewrote F/W before and after creating this post, but it didn’t solve the problem.
I tried the command “AT+CWAUTOCONN…” again - it returned “OK”.
Hi @AndreyS
Could you try factory resetting to UART0 rather than UART1?
When factory resetting to UART0, it is ‘AT+RESTORE’, not ‘AT+RESTORE=1’.
Hi @AndreyS
WizFi360 provides two UART ports.
UART1, which is typically used to enter AT commands, and UART0 for debugging, which is not used.
With UART0, you can enter some AT commands.
Hi @AndreyS
I think the MAC address was deleted due to a previous mistake and the MAC address was changed to ‘0x:08:DC:12:34:56’, which is the default MAC address on the F/W.
So it seems that the problem is caused by the incorrect MAC address.
Since entering the MAC address is a matter that should not be leaked to the outside,
If you tell me your e-mail address, I will reply to you how to enter a new MAC address.
Hi @austin
I restored the mac address according to the instructions you sent me. After that, the problem was solved. Thank you for your help.
