What is the right connecton of BOOTEN pin (n°6 on LQFP100) if I want to start correctly the internal firmware?

Hello,

BOOTEN pin is Active High.
So W7100A runs user application code in case of pulling down BOOTEN, otherwise it does boot code.

I recommend you connect that pin with switch for your flexibility.
