Problem in hardware

hi

Is my design have a problem that I do not get a response?

thanks alot
w5100.pdf (477 KB)

please help me…

hi kavireloot

Your schematic is no problem. Artwork may be your problem.

Let me explain to me in detail the symptoms.

You should check.

 1. 25MHz Clock oscillation check
 2. LINK LED ON check

Thanks.

hi jeongsk
1.How i would Check 25MHz Clock oscillation ?
2.LINK LED first flashes then remains lit and then flashing, and the process repeats…
i used HANRUN HR911105a for Rj45…
and this is my board…change its from .pdf to .jpg…

please help me…
thanks a lot…

Looking at your schematic and to connector datasheet I see that you may probably connected RJ-45 connector wrongly. You seem took pinout of the connector from sample W5100 board, but https://dptechnics.com/datasheets/HR911105A.pdf shows different pin assignment. Please check.

hi kavireloot

Your file does not open.

1.How i would Check 25MHz Clock oscillation ?

 • You should check with an oscilloscope.

2.LINK LED first flashes then remains lit and then flashing, and the process repeats…

 • When you connect a LAN cable, LINK LED should be on. LINK LED is blinking symptoms, it would be wrong.

Explain your symptoms and test environments in more detail.

Scott.

hi Eugeny
my schematic was wrong but i corrected it in PCB file…
thanks for reply…
i used from inductance ( 1mh) Instead of bead…is it influence in performance board??
this is my PCB file

hi jeongsk
my TX-led and col led is off…
and Rx led is blinking with link led…
spd and fdx led is on…

hi kavireloot.

You had to modify the circuit? Doeni the MCU and SPI communication?
bead is expected to have no problem.
Your PCB quality is likely not doing too low operation.
Ethernet signals are given more influence on the PCB because the high frequency.
And The VCC and GND is expected to be very unstable.
I says once again. Let explain to me in detail the symptoms.

this is pic of my sck pin…
and my board

when i ping my ip show this statue…

please help me to solve my problem…

Hi,
If ping doesn’t work,

 1. your IP, mac address register of W5100 is not written correctly. or
 2. SPI communication is not working.

Plz first, check IP address register and MAC address register and reply the result.

Thanks.

i used arduino uno and arduino software…and spi communication and ip address is true…but i have a problem…
and how can i check my IP address register and MAC address register?

Hi,

Read version register(always fixed value) and then if it is correct, read IP, MAC and Subnet.

If not, your spi communication has error.
