I need to activate / deactivate CTS / RTS in WIZ110SR from TCP/IP server, how can I do it?
Or activate / deactivate a relay output ?

Thanks for your interest ini Wiz110sr.
There is no way to set the RTS/CTS from Server.
Just there is way to set the method of using configuration tool or serial command.
Please refer to maunal.
