WIZ107SR dies

Hello,

We ordered 3 modules for evaluation.
At the first day the first one dies (we can’t locate it via the configuration tool).
Another went of off a day after so we are with 66% broken in less than 2 days.

  1. What could cause this behavior/ how can we prevent it?
  2. We get the “INPUT FIRST MAC?”
    Using the steps in this thread [Problem with Wiz107SR: not found by configuration tool after firmware upgrade] didn’t work.
    How can we fix this?

No we have not yet managed to updated to latest.
The hardware is with version: 4.04

Can this issue be fixed?
What can cause it?

Since we don’t know what causing it we are kind of afraid of using the configuration tool.

Hello,

Could someone from the wiznet tec team could clear if the config tool can cause this situation?
Devcie: WIZ107SR
HW version: 1.04
Firmware version: 4.04
Config tool version: 1.4.4.1
At all the times that devices stop responding was after clicking on the configuration tool setting bottom.

Please advice.
