Connection to SFP

I use wiz5100 to support tcp/ip connection, but now have to provide SFP module interface for the new board.
I want just to add PHY-SFP between WIZ5100 and SFP module.
if it is possible, can you recommend the Phy-SFP interface solutions or others?

I’m sorry, unfortunately, it is impossible. W5100 doesn’t support it.
