How to verify w5500 and its peripheral circuit

I have a brand new w5500 application board. Its RSTN pin is kept Low, but any LED on RJ45 Ethernet connector is not ON. I have not done any SPI programming. So, my question is how to verify w5500 and its peripheral circuit without nay microcontroller program?

Its RSTN pin is kept Low, but any LED on RJ45 Ethernet connector is not ON.

You keep chip in reset, it will have all LEDs off in this condition.

Set RSTn into high level, and you must see LEDs turn on after inserting live cable into the jack.
