How do you recover or reinstall the mac address on the Wiz110sr? I don’t know what happened but the mac address on two of my adapters read the same address.

There is no way to modify the mac address of WIZ100/105/110SR.
You need to request RMA.
Please contact seller.
They will tell you procedure to request RMA.
