Q : When I execute Configuration Tool of WIZ100SR, “10048 Run-Time” error occurs and the program is not operated. What should I do?
A : This error occurs if any Windows application is operated on the same port where Configuration Tool program is working. In our checking, the related process is as below.
LKCITDL.EXE
LKADS.EXE
LKTSRV.EXE
They are executed when LabView (program from National Instrument) is opertaed or related Active X is installed.
In this case, if you just stop those processes at the Windows Task Manager, the Configuration Tool will be normally operated.
