GPIO lines on W7500P or WIZ750SR

Hi - if we set the GPIO lines (A,B,C,D) in a certain pattern and then save that pattern, on reboot the pattern has not been saved. we have tried this across the W7500P chip itself as well as the WIZ750SR. we have also tried multiple firmware versions.

an example: we set A,B,C,D to 1,1,1,0

however on reboot it returns 0,0,0,0 - see below for actual commands sent.

our observation is that it always sets the lines on reboot to whatever GPIOD is.

please help! thanks!
