What to do with unused ports?

If I’m only using two serial ports on the WIZ140SR, what should I do with the other two? Are they pulled up on the module, or should I pull them up on my board? Similarly, if I’m not using CTS, should I pull it up on my board or can I leave it unconnected?

You don’t need to pull-up or pull-down on unused port.
