W5300 and Virtex 5 FPGA interface

I am working on a Virtex 5 FPGA Development Board with W5300,
Is it posible to use this device to transfer some data present in a BRAM to a PC Over Eathernet without using any embedded processors(soft or other)?
If yes can any one plese share an application note or a reference design( ie in VHDL or Verilog).
