I am wondering if someone could give advice on how to establish a connection with a W7500S2E-R1 module that cannot be recognized by the ConfigTool software. When I first connected the module, the software was able to display the MAC address and the values of all of the parameters, but I’m afraid that I made a mistake by changing the baud rate while in data pass-through mode instead of AT data-transfer mode, which the manual suggests not to do. After turning off my device and restarting it later, the ConfigTool could no longer find the module and nothing was displayed for any parameters. Can anyone tell me whether changing this setting while in the wrong mode would render the module incapable of establishing a connection?
To try and fix this, I changed the IP address of the connection to 192.168.1.99, the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0, and the default gateway to 192.168.1.1, but this didn’t fix it. If anyone who’s encountered the ConfigTool being unable to recognize a W7500S2E-R1 module knows how I might get it to be recognized again, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
