W7500S2E Login Failure - Correct password reported as incorrect

Hello,

we’re using W7500S2E-R1 in our product line. Many users reported that they are unable to login to the embedded website at first attempt. We also noted this problem on our PC. Although the password is correct, the Login button must be clicked several times. The message returned is “Please check your password!”.

Similar issue occurs when one want to change the password: “Please check old password!”. It’s very hard to change the password this way as one must fill all fields again and again.

This happens with firmware version 2.4, website version 1.3, in different browsers but it seems that in Chrome it occurs less than for example in IE.

Is there some fix available?
