WIZISP can`t open COM port. Updating Firmware WIZ750SR

I cant update the firmware, because WIZISP cant open COM port., (pic.1)

but other terminal programms sucsessfully connects to the WIZ750SR and receiving data as ot shown at pic. 2. and 3 either in BOOT mode, or at Normal mode.
