Where are people physically connecting their WIZ550io into the network? Into a router? Directly into PC ethernet port? Into a cable modem? Using a crossover cable?
I have tried everything and can’t get a ping to work. I am using a WIN 7 PC.
WIZ550io is able to connect any device with ehternet.
If a ethernet devices can support Auto MDI/MDIX, You can use either direct or cross-cable for connecting.
Otherwise, You should use only cross-cable.
If you can’t ping to WIZ550io,
check the LINK Green(Left) Led to turn on.
and then check your PC IP configuration whether belong to WIZ550io’s network or not.
