Minimun steps to activate config WEBSERVER

I am trying to enable webserver for configuration INSTANTLY (not after airkiss fail) but I fails, what are the minimun steps !?
i try

AT+RESTORE=1 // Just to be sure
AT+CWMODE_CUR=1 // i get OK
AT+AT+WIZ_NETCONFIG // i get ERROR

whats the minimun steps ?

ok its, but i had firmware 1.0.4.2, upgraded to 1.1.1.7 and works
AT+RESTORE=1 // Just to be sure
AT+CWMODE_CUR=2// i get OK
AT+WIZ_NETCONFIG // i get ok
