7100a arp group flag

We have been using the 7100A, and the 3100 before it, in many products we manufacture. One of our OEM customers is complaining that “ARP replies have the Group address flag set.” This is their exact wording. This is causing an APP they are writing from woking with iPhones.

After reading through the 7100A data sheet, I can find nothing that refers to this. Is there some way of resetting this flag?

Where is the Group address flag in APR frame?

Anyway, ARP frame can’t be configured because TCP/IP chip can be automatically sent the ARP-reply but can’t be sent “ARP-request”.
