processing time from send() to TXON, TXOP pin to start the transmission?

  1. How long will it take from the send() function to the TXON, TXOP pin to start the transmission?
    (I think it’s always less than 1ms. Is that right?)

  2. Does the ACTn pin change its state as soon as the transmission starts physically?
    (If the time mentioned above is irregular or changes a lot, I wanna use a scope.)

  3. Is it the same for receiving?
