W5500 Usb to Ethernet Interface

Hi Iam using W5500 Chip to connect to a PC over switches without problem.
But when trying to connect to the device with virtual Usb to Ethernet Interface I cant connect to the device
What can be the problem. I am sure about the conection as i can communicate with the W5500 through physical ethernet ports and switches.

The one on the picture must not be virtual, it is real usb-ethernet adapter.
Can the device where you plug the usb side of adapter communicate with the network (apart from W5500)?

Strangely I can ping the PC2 through red arrow from PC1. But I cant ping PC1 through yellow arrow from PC2.

Seems first thing to do is to ensure driver for the dongle is latest version, and then check if there’s any management utility for it where you can view and change settings.
