w5500 WebServer

Hello,
I am making a webserver application with W5500. I use sample projects on Github. I don’t know what kind of data set to send when setting the Uart side. This may be partly because I am not familiar with the HTML protocol. I found updating the network settings on Github. And like this

How can I send this to UartinfoCallback?
I am using W5500’s own libraries. I also use the codes provided to us on github.
