[From QnA] WIZ105 SR

I have 20 units, 5 of them are timing out on my control software. They are all configured exactly the same. The only noticeable difference is when using the configuration utility, the dialog box in the top right corner says “connected” on the units that time out. On the units that work, it says “not connected”.

I have read through the manual and there is no reference to this dialog box or what the “connected” vs. “not connected” status actually means. Please help!

Thanks for your interest in WIZ105SR.
I checked the dialog box. The dialog box prints Not Connected in firmware version 4.1.
But it prints Connected in firmware version 4.31.
Please, check version all product. They can be different firmware version even if you buy all products at the same time.
