W5500 use with 802.2 SNAP or Ethernet II frame format

I have Schinder Electric EGX100 Gateway.

This gateway support 802.2 SNAP or Ethernet II frame formats. Media Type is 10T/100Tx Auto. When I connect W5500 and Arduino with this gateway. It is not communicating. Light also not blinking. The connection is ok.

When I connect this gateway to the PC, it is working fine.

Why is that?

I checked Arduino with W5500 using Web Server example, it is working fine.

I think you should confirm the kind of LAN Cable and whether or not this gateway product support the AUTO MDIX because W5500 don’t support AUTO MDIX.
If it don’t support AUTO MDIX, you have to straight LAN cable.
