Looking for an AP unit

I am looking for a unit that can work as a standalone AP(SoftAP?) driven on battery, up to 8 units need to be able to be connected to the unit simultaneously. Very low data flows but TCP connection is mandatory because the data that will be sent must arrive.

If you have a unit that can accomplish these requirements which one would you recommend?

You can consider that WIZ610wi and WizFi630 is a general access point(wired and wireless).
That means that they have no low-power-consumption-feature.

WizFi210 and WizFi250 can be operated in low-power mode, but they have some limitations as a access point.
