W7500S2E-R1 firmware update not possible after previous accident

Hello,

some of our W7500S2E-R1 modules, after previous SW accident, now appears in the ConfigTool with X icon instead of R icon. The module is still working but I’m unable to upload new firmware to it, because the ConfigTool reports ‘invalid firmware file’ error.

Is there any solution?
